What we collect

Through our enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number (optional), the type and location of your matter, your timeline and any message you write.

Why we use it and the legal basis

• To reply to and assess your enquiry — based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request before a possible engagement (Article 6(1)(b)).
• To send occasional legal updates — only if you tick the optional box (Article 6(1)(a)).

Who receives it

Your enquiry is delivered to the firm by email and stored securely by our hosting and email providers, who act on our instructions. We do not sell your data or share it with estate agents or other third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. If you instruct us, your data is kept for the periods required by Spanish professional and tax rules.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, request portability and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
